Drug and Firearms Charges Result From Traffic Stop

Dover – A traffic stop led to a drug and firearm arrest on Thursday night, December 29th, 2016 at 8:34 p.m., when Dover Police and Delaware

Probation and Parole stopped a vehicle in the area of West North Street and Saulsbury Road, according to Dover Police Spokesman M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman.

Hoffman said that while conducting the stop, officers could smell a strong odor of marijuana in the vehicle. Officers then located a stolen 9mm handgun, 9.6 grams of marijuana, and .3 grams of crack cocaine on Tyrese Tilghman-Benson and 3.4 grams of marijuana on Raheem Fullman. according to Hoffman. Both men were passengers in the vehicle.

Raheem Fullman, 19, Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia. He was released with Bond.
