Date: Sunday, September 15, 2019 (Rain date: September 22)
Time: 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Location: University of Delaware Green from Memorial Hall to Main Street

The City of Newark’s Parks and Recreation Department, in cooperation with the University of Delaware and the Christina School District, present the area’s premier fall festival on Sunday, September 15. This exciting event features fun for the entire family.

The Green provides the perfect outdoor venue for local musicians and demonstration groups. A food court will have a variety of foods. Fine art and homemade craft vendors will be displaying and selling their creations.

The children’s area is always a big hit with scarecrow making and more. Community information booths and activities are supplied by a variety of local businesses and organizations.
On Main Street, enjoy dining and retail specials at Main Street merchants.

Please remember, pets are not comfortable in the heat and crowds of large events, so for their safety and the safety of those attending the event, please leave your pets at home.
