Target Headed To Prices Corner Sometime After 2020

Target will take over the old Sears location at Prices Corner sometime after 2020.

The general merchandise retailer that has stores in all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia list the location in the “future openings” section of its website.

The 113,000 square foot location will be smaller than the 135,000 square feet footprint stores Target typically operates.

According to Target’s website, they plan to open several locations in 2020. The Prices Corner location did not make that list.

Target is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, its hometown since the first Target store opened in 1962 under The Dayton Company.
