Bear – On Saturday, December 28th, 2019 patrol officers from the New Castle County Division of Police were dispatched to the unit block of Southbridge Road in the community of Porter Square for a Package Theft complaint.
While investigating the officers were able to determine that the subject in the video below removed Amazon packages from the front step of the victim’s residence and then fled the area, according to police.
