On May 31, 2020, at about 1:46 in the morning, Newark Police responded to Fresh Delaware at 800 Ogletown Road for a report of a burglary alarm. Responding officers found that glass had been shattered and the building had been entered. Officers entered the building and determined that no one was inside.
Management from the business arrived at the scene and found that there was merchandise missing from the business. This incident is currently under investigation by the Criminal Investigations Division.
