Wilmington Police have identified 24-year-old Keith Evans, of New Castle, as the victim in the fatal Friday night shooting on Bennett Street.
Police say the incident occurred at approximately 11:14 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Bennett Street.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
