Wilmington Police are investigating a fatal shooting incident that occurred at approximately 10:42 a.m. in the 700 block of Elbert Place on Monday.
Police said upon their arrival they located 19-year-old Matima Miller suffering from gunshot wounds. Dorsey was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
This incident remains under investigation and further details will be released when possible.
