Gunfire Leaves Three Shot In Wilmington

Wilmington police are currently investigating three separate cases, each involving a victim who sustained gunshot wounds. Authorities are asking the community to provide any information that may help shed light on these incidents.

The first shooting occurred on North Pine Street at approximately 11:47 Friday morning. Officers responded to the scene and found a 24-year-old male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was transported to the hospital and is currently reported to be in stable condition. As the investigation continues, the police are working to gather additional details. The second incident took place on Chestnut Street around 10:19 p.m. on a Friday. Responding to the call, law enforcement officers discovered a 31-year-old male victim who had been shot. The victim was taken to the hospital and is also in stable condition. Like the previous case, this incident remains under investigation, and further information will be provided when it becomes available police said. On Thursday, another shooting occurred, this time on Bowers Street at approximately 11:43 p.m. A 24-year-old male victim, suffering from a gunshot wound, managed to arrive at the hospital in stable condition.
