The Wilmington Police Department has initiated an investigation into a recent incident that unfolded late Wednesday night. At approximately 11:22 p.m. police responded to the 1000 block of Lancaster Avenue, in Wilmington for reports of a shooting.
Officers arrived to find that a 25-year-old male victim had arrived at the hospital suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim’s condition was reported as stable.
