Early Tuesday morning, at 5:02 a.m., an accident occurred on the 1400 block of Elkton Road, in the vicinity of the TA Travel Center in Elkton Maryland.
The incident involved a box truck colliding with the rear of an 18-wheeler according to officials. This collision resulted in two individuals being pinned within the box truck.
One occupant was extricated from the vehicle by emergency responders and was transported to Christiana Hospital. Details regarding the second occupant are not available at this time.
