Authorities are currently investigating a shooting that occurred shortly before 10:45 Wednesday evening on the 700 block of Maryland Avenue.
According to initial reports, emergency crews were dispatched following reports of the incident. During their response, it was learned that at least one individual had already been transported to St. Francis Hospital via private vehicle.
Police said they located a 23-year-old male gunshot victim, who arrived to the hospital in critical condition, and a 22-year-old male gunshot victim, who arrived to the hospital in stable condition.
