Police Identify 30-Year-Old Shot And Killed Wednesday Morning

Wilmington Police are currently investigating a fatal shooting that took place at approximately 9:50 Wednesday morning. in the vicinity of 23rd and North Carter Streets.

Upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered 30-year-old Ronald Brown suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
