Pennsylvania Man Gunned Down In Delaware Monday

Wilmington Police are investigating the shooting death of 23-year-old Jihad Bell, a resident of Chester, Pennsylvania.

Authorities said the shooting took place at approximately 7:35, Monday evening in the 400 block of West 6th Street. Bell was found with critical injuries and transported to the hospital for treatment. He later died as a result of his injuries.

The investigation into the circumstances of the shooting is ongoing. Police have not released additional details about potential suspects or motives at this time.
