Laurel Man Arrested After XBOX Was Taken At Gunpoint


Laurel – The Laurel Police Department arrested 19-year-old Shemar Kellam-Griffin of Laurel for Robbery 1st Degree and Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony, according to Laurel Police Department Spokesman Christopher Story.

Story said the investigation revealed Shemar Kellam-Griffin displayed a handgun while robbing the victim of an X-Box and other property. Shemar Kellam-Griffin was also arrested on outstanding theft warrants.

Kellam was arraigned by Justice of Peace Court #2 and committed to the Sussex Correctional Institution in default of a $50,000.00 Cash bond.
