Acadamy Recruits Get Their Badges

42ND-NCCP-CLASS3Wilmington – After six months of intense academic, physical and practical training 21 New Castle County Police recruits received their badges in the ceremony held at the Chase Center.

During the academy graduation ceremony, Colonel Setting promoted Major Vaughn Bond to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, and Captain Patrick Crowell to the rank of Major.
