Add First State Update to Your Home Screen

Use the FSU icon to open the news homepage. Notification settings remain at Notifications.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open First State Update in Safari.
  2. Tap Share (square with arrow), then Add to Home Screen.
  3. Enable Open as Web App if offered, and tap Add.
  4. Open the FSU icon, go to Notifications, and tap Enable Notifications.

Apple requires you to add the icon manually. No website can do it in one tap.

Android

  1. Open First State Update in Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen.
  3. Open the FSU icon, go to Notifications, and tap Enable Notifications.
  4. If alerts arrive silently, check Android Settings → Apps → Chrome → Notifications → firststateupdate.com.
