New Castle County Police said an argument between two women leads to an knife assault at the Georgetown Manor Apartments near New Castle.
One of the women required medical attention for cuts at a local hospital. Police also indicated that the woman receiving medical treatment is also
pending criminal charges upon her release from the hospital.

Police were at Georgetown Manor Apartments on July 17th for a standoff with a gunman.
