Smyrna  – Delaware State Troopers  arrested a New Jersey man for DUI after he crashed his vehicle into an embankment east of Smyrna, according to authorities.

Police said that around 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, Leroy P. Wooster, 28 of New Jersey, was driving northbound on Korean War Veterans Memorial Highway (SR 1) in the area of Black Diamond road.
