Overnight Home Invasion Leaves One Man Fighting For His Life

 

New Castle – New Castle County Police are investigating a home invasion that occurred this morning, Thursday (9/8) at approximately 2:50 a.m., according to authorities.

Police said they were called to Morris Road in Chelsea Estates for a shooting incident. Arriving officers found a 28-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper body and a 23-year-old man with injuries to his face, according to police.

The 28-year-old man was transported to the Christiana Medical Center where he is currently listed in critical condition.
