Newark Hit-And-Run Update

Newark – At approximately 8:20 p.m. on Monday, December, 19, 2016 New Castle County Police were seen escorting a Ewing Tow Company Truck to the rear of the Newark Police Department. The tow truck was carrying a black SUV that closely resembled a hit-and-run vehicle description that was put out earlier in the day.
