Guns, Pills, 1,782 Bags Of Heroin Siezed, Three Arrested

Dover – On Wednesday, January 25th the Dover Police Department, along with several other law enforcement agencies, executed a series of search warrants in the Downtown Dover area as a result of a drug investigation, according to Dover Police Spokesman M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman, Public Information Officer.

Hoffman said that as a result, Robert Jordan was found in possession with a stolen .40 caliber handgun, ammunition, two bags of heroin, and drug paraphernalia. Latroy Hopkins was found in possession of 20 Alprazolam pills and drug paraphernalia, said Hoffman.

While the officers were on scene, they also contacted Devon Cannon, who was found in possession of 1,782 bags of heroin, according to Hoffman.
