Pedestrian Struck In Seaford, Serious Injuries

Seaford- Delaware State Police are currently investigating a serious motor vehicle crash in which a pedestrian was struck that occurred this evening in Seaford, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Jeffrey R. Hale.

Hale said that the crash occurred at approximately 6:07 p.m. on Concord Pond Road in the area of Orange Blossom Lane, Seaford and involves a motor vehicle and a pedestrian. As a result of the crash a subject has been seriously injured, said Hale.

Concord Pond Road in the area of Orange Blossom Lane has been closed to traffic and commuters are asked to find alternate means of travel around the crash scene.

The Delaware State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit is currently atĀ the scene and haveĀ assumed the investigation.
