19-Year-Old Lincoln Woman Charged With 2016 Theft

Milford – On February 21, 2017 Milford Police arrested a 19-year-old Lincoln woman as a result of a warrant being obtained following a November theft investigation, according to Milford Police Spokesman Sgt. Robert Masten.

theft-stockMasten said that in November of 2016 Milford Police investigated a theft of a wallet left on the counter by a customer at Mills Brother’s Markets. Following this investigation a warrant was obtained for Kyla Wright, 19 of Lincoln, as she was identified as one of the subjects reportedly involved in the incident, according to Masten.

On February 21, 2017 Wright was taken into custody by the Delaware State Police and turned over to the Milford Police. Wright has been charged with Theft and Conspiracy 3rd Degree. Ms. Wright was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #2, where bail was set at $1000.00 unsecured. Wright is scheduled for an arraignment at the Sussex County Court of Common Pleas in March.
