Man Shot Multiple Times, Drives Himself To Hospital In Dover

Dover- The Dover Police Department is investigating the shooting of a 42-year-old man that occurred Tuesday, February 7th, 2017 at 6:43 p.m., according to Dover Police Spokesman M/Cpl. Mark Hoffman.

Hoffman said that officers responded to S. New Street for a report of shots fired. While officers were on scene, information was received that the victim had driven himself to Kent General Hospital.

The victim was treated for multiple gunshot wounds to his torso and was hospitalized as a result of those injuries.
