Trooper, Civilian Injured In Stabbing Incident At Mall

Newark – On Wednesday, February 1, 2017 an unknown suspect and a victim got into an altercation on a DART at Christina Mall, according to Delaware State Police Public Information Officer Master Cpl. Jeffrey Hale.

Hales said that the altercation led to a  stabbing that injured the victim and caused minor injuries to a trooper.

It appears that the stabbing happened on the bus and when police attempted to arrest the male suspect the trooper was injured, according to Hale.
