New Castle – The New Castle County Police are currently on the scene of a homicide in the community of Coachmans Manor, according to New Castle County Police Spokeswoman Tracey Duffy.
Duffy said that at approximately 4:00 a.m., the New Castle County Police responded to the 1500 block of Surry Court (Coachmans Manor) for the report of a woman yelling followed by a loud noise.
Units responded and found a deceased male outside.
