New Castle – In the first of it’s kind in Delaware, County Executive Mathew Meyer held a Facebook Live Town Hall. During the 20 minute question an answer session Meyer answered a wide range of question regarding county operations and finances.
Before Meyer got to questions he wanted to make it clear that he is closely monitoring the recent kidnapping incidents. Adding that he is in constant contact with his police department, State Police and local police agencies from around the county.
Those that took part in the event seemed to appreciated the idea that they could ask questions and have the county executive respond personally.
