Dover Police Find 67 Bags Of Heroin, Arrest Made

Dover- The Dover Police Department and Delaware Probation and Parole arrested a 23-year-old Dover man, on February 27th, 2017 at 2:07 p.m., for drug related offenses following a traffic stop

on Tuesday afternoon, according to Dover Police.

Officials said that Fletcher was found to be in possession of 67 bags of heroin and .5 grams of crack cocaine. Fletcher was arrested without incident and committed to JTVCC in default of bond on the charge of  Possession with Intent to Deliver, Possession of Heroin, Possession of Crack Cocaine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
