Wilmington – On Sunday March 12, 2017 at approximately 5:45 p.m, Wilmington Police Officers responded to the area of the 1000 block of W. 7th Street in reference to a Shot Spotter notification of gunfire.
Arriving officers were directed to a residence located in the 1000 block of W. 7th Street where a 35-year-old male victim was located. The victim was found to be suffering from a graze wound to his head.
The victim was treated on scene by New Castle County Paramedics and transported to the Christiana Hospital Emergency Room in good condition.
