On Monday, February 16, 2015, at approximately 3:00 P.M., police responded to a shooting at 19 Lambson Lane (Rose Hill Community Center), New Castle, DE. The victim was discovered inside the community center, suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim died at the scene.
