Newark – Just before 6:00 this afternoon crews from Christina Fire Company, DNREC and Delaware State Police responded to Route 1 NB just North of the 273 Bypass for a report of an injury accident.
Arriving units found a two vehicles accident where both vehicles had left the roadway. A Toyota Highlander suffered impact damage to the passenger door while a white Chevy truck suffered major front end damage.
No word on injuries at this time. (Above)
Middletown – Delaware State Police along with rescue crews responded to Summit Bridge Road and Old Summit Bridge Road for a report of a rollover crash.
Arriving units found one vehicle that had rolled over injuring at least one occupant. A witness at the scene said that one male was transported to the hospital via ambulance with unspecified injuries. (Above)
