BMW Slams Into Tree Near Hockessin This Morning, One In Hospital


Wilmington – Just after 8:00 a.m. this morning, Sunday June 11, 2017 New Castle County Police along with units from the Hockessin Fire Company responded to the area of Old Kennett Road and Ashland Clinton School Road, near the Ashland Nature Center, for a report of a high velocity crash.

Responding units found a single vehicle, BMW, that had left the roadway and crashed into a tree. The driver of the BMW was removed from the scene and transported to Christina Hospital via ambulance with undetermined injuries.

Fire police responded to the area and directed traffic away from the scene as police investigated the accident.
