Stanton – At around 11:40 pm this afternoon crews from Mill Creek Fire Company, Christiana Fire Company, along with Delaware State Police Troopers responded to the intersection just outside the Christiana Hospital Parking lot for an injury accident.

Arriving crews found a small white sedan with heavy front end damage. One patient was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. It’s not clear how the car sustained the damage as no other vehicles involved in the accident were at the scene.

It’s believed that this was dispatched as a hit-and-run but we haven’t confirmed that to be the case.
