Newark – Christiana Fire and Rescue crews, along with Delaware State Police (DSP) have responded to the Route 273/I-95 overpass for reports of a motorcycle down.
Arriving units found a motorcycle down with a vehicle involved. Ambulance crews treated the patient before he refused to be transported, according to reports from the scene.
Once the man left the ambulance he was questioned by State Police. Video from DelDOT traffic cameras indicate the man was subsequently taken into custody by a trooper.
Reports from the scene confirmed that the rider was in DSP custody.
