Millsboro – State Police are requesting assistance in locating Michael H. Debarr, 27 of Lewes, who is wanted for Kidnapping 2nd, Strangulation, Terroristic Threatening, Assault 3rd, and various traffic related offenses, according to authorities.
Debarr is wanted in connection with an alleged incident that occurred on Sunday July 16, 2017 after he was accused of physically assaulted his girlfriend after forcing her into his vehicle and not allowing her to leave, according to police.
Police say that Debarr may be operating a silver 2001 Nissan Quest with Delaware registration; PC445490.
