Update: Reports Of Fire At Christiana Hospital

Stanton – Fire companies from across the county responded to Christiana Hospital at around 11:00 am this morning for reports of structure fire.

Reports from the scene indicate that the responding crews have found smoke in the building and are working to determine the cause.

Update: Crews located the source of the smoke and cleared the scene. The scene was then turned over to staff at the hospital.

We don’t have much regarding the incident as Christiana Hospital Constables moved media offsite citing private property rights.

And yes we see the irony in the sign on the left.
