Rollover Crash In Hockessin Knocks Out Power In Area

Hockessin – Crews from the Hockessin Fire Company have responded to the intersection of Walden Lane and Brakenville Road for reports of a roll-over crash.

Trooper 4, along with several fire companies from northern New Castle County have been cleared after they were alerted that the driver was uninjured.

Reports from the scene indicate that the vehicle stuck a utility pole, knocking out the power in the area.

Delmarva is reporting that 56 accounts are affected by the accident. They’re hoping to restore power by 8:00 pm this evening.
