Newark – Delaware State Police, along with crews from DelDOT are currently on scene at I-95 SB at the 896 (South College Avenue) SB off ramp for tractor-trailer that has overturned. As of 7:40 am the off ramp is still passable.
Tow trucks are en route to the location. Once the tow trucks arrive Troopers will close the road while the the truck is righted. That process could take hours.
Your best bet is to avoid the area or take 896 towards Newark and turn around. Once the road is closed traffic will be directed into Maryland.
No injuries are reported.
