Update: 21 foot boat located, Trooper 4 hovering above, as marine units attempt to assist the standard boaters.
Port Penn – Trooper 4 along with marine units from Delaware and New Jersey have responded to the Delaware River for reports of a vessel in distress.
Reports from the scene indicate that the boat may be stranded on a sand bar in the middle on the river, near Port Penn.
