Update: Concord Pike (202) Shut Down Due To Serious Accident

Talleyville – The Delaware State Police are currently investigating a vehicle crash on Concord Pike northbound at Foulk Road which occurred at around 7:00 a.m. this morning, according to Director of Public Information Sergeant Richard D. Bratz.

Bratz said at this time it is unknown how many people are injured and the extent of their injuries.

Concord Pike in the area of the crash is currently closed. Commuters are advised to use caution in the area of the crash as troopers are continuing to investigate the collision

Wilmington – Rescue crews from the the Talleyville Fire Company, along with New Castle County Paramedics and Delaware State Police have responding to Route 202 and Faulk Road for reports of a vehicle accident involving entrapment.

Arriving crews have found two patients. The occupants have been extracted from the vehicle.  One patient to be transported.

This along with I-95 accident is causing major delays in the 202 at I-95 area. Avoid the area
