Lewes Police Need Your Help Identifying These Two

Lewes – Lewes Police Department wants to make the public aware of a recent trend of break-ins to vehicles and are seeking information about possible suspect’s identities, according to Lewes Police Chief Thomas Spell.

Spell said on Tuesday, October 3rd, 2017, at approximately 3:45 pm, unknown suspect(s) smashed the windows to 3 different cars as they were parked at the Lewes Dog Park on Great Marsh Circle. After gaining entry, the suspect(s) took purses that were in plain view from inside the vehicles and fled the area unseen, according to Spell.

Within an hour of the break-ins, the two pictured black males attempted to use the stolen credit cards at the Walmart in Milford, said Spell. Anyone who has information with regards to their identities is asked to contact the Lewes Police Department at (302)645-6264.
