Happening Now: Car Off The Road Into The Woods On I-95 In Newark, Driver Trapped

Newark – Rescue crews from Aetna Hose, Hook and Ladder, along with Christiana Fire Company and the Delaware State Police are responding to I-95 SB near the service center for an injury accident.

Units are being told that the vehicle is off the roadway into the woods with reported entrapment.

Units are arriving on scene now.

Update: 7:10 PM – reports from the scene indicate that the vehicle rolled over after it left the roadway. The patient has been removed from the vehicle and is in transits to Christiana Hospital with undetermined injuries.
