Police: Restaurant Altercation Leads To Duo’s Arrest, Officer Kicked

Milford – On Sunday, November 19, 2017 at approximately 8:32 pm, officers from the Milford Police Department responded to Arena’s in the 200 block of Northeast Front Street (SR 14) to a report of a physical altercation, according to Sgt. Robert Masten.

Masten said upon arrival officers learned both parties involved had left the area. Police checked the area and  located both individuals. Masten said Scott W. Donovan, 25 of Seaford, was taken into custody without incident. Erin N. Chisenhall, 23 of Harrington, was uncooperative with officers as she was contacted, eventually kicking one officer in addition to using offensive language, according to Masten.

Investigation revealed the pair prior to leaving the establishment, engaged in a confrontation that led to a glass door at the restaurant being significantly damaged, said Masten. Donovan has been charged with Criminal Mischief $1000 but less than $5000 and Disorderly Conduct. He was presented at the Justice of the Peace Court #7, where bail was set at $600.00 unsecured.
