Police: Restaurant Altercation Leads To Duo’s Arrest, Officer Kicked

Milford – On Sunday, November 19, 2017 at approximately 8:32 pm, officers from the Milford Police Department responded to Arena’s in the 200 block of Northeast Front Street (SR 14) to a report of a physical altercation, according to Sgt. Robert Masten.

Masten said upon arrival officers learned both parties involved had left the area. Police checked the area and  located both individuals. Masten said Scott W. Donovan, 25 of Seaford, was taken into custody without incident. Erin N.
