Newark – The female depicted in the surveillance photo is suspected of removing a victim’s wallet from her purse while she was eating in the food court of the Christiana Mall with her child, according to Public Information Officer, Master Corporal Gary Fournier.
Fournier said the suspect then used the victim’s credit cards in Target to purchase over $5,000.00 in gift cards.
