Middletown – Route 1 SB, just past the C & D Canal is backing up due to a vehicle crash with a rollover. Reports from the from the scene indicate that both occupants of the vehicle are uninjured.
Traffic is restricted to one lane as crews work to clear the vehicle from the roadway.
