Glasgow – Delaware State Police, along New Castle County Police are currently on scene at the Artisans’ Bank on Route 40 investigating a robbery that occurred shortly after 3:00 this afternoon.
Reports from scene indicate that the suspect fled to the area behind Safeway after leaving the bank. Trooper 4 (Delaware State Police Aviation) was seen hovering above as a New Castle County Police K-9 officer attempted to track the suspect.
Police remain on scene at the bank and in the surrounding area.
