Newark – Fans showing up to see Star Wars: The Last Jedi, at the Main Street Movies 5, are in for a surprise today. Lord Vader and other forces from the Dark Side have taken over the theater.
Members of the First State Garrison, Delaware’s representation of the 501st Legion, are on hand for photos and autographs, for kids of all ages. The group is a collection of Star Wars fans, looking to bring together their love of the galaxy far far away from a long time ago, with a desire to support the local community. Specifically, they really really enjoy the “Bad Guys”, according to their website.
The garrison will stay on post at the theater until 4:00 pm today.
