Wilmington – At approximately 1:20 pm, Trooper 4 (Delaware State Police Aviation) , along with New Castle County Paramedics were dispatched to S Broom Street & Latimer Drive for reports of a pedestrian struck.
Reports from the scene indicate that a woman in a wheelchair has been struck by a passing car. Indications are that the woman was getting off of a city bus when she was struck.
It’s not clear what injuries the woman has sustained at this time. Trooper 4 was cancelled.
