Another Crash On Churchman’s Road Sends One To Hospital

Newark – At approximately 12:00 yesterday afternoon, New Castle County Paramedics and Christiana Fire Company were dispatched to the intersection of Churchmans Road and Iroquois Court in Newark for a motor vehicle crash, according to Paramedic First Class Yvonne Russell.

This is the same general location were two vehicles were involved in a head-on collision the day before. Churchman’s Road Head-On Collision Traps One, Two To Hospital.

Upon arrival New Castle County Paramedics found the patient, 55-year-old male, in care of emergency medical technicians (EMT’s) from Christiana Fire Company. The patient suffered head injuries and was treated on scene. The patient was transferred to Christiana Hospital via ambulance from Christiana Fire Company. The patient was in stable condition at the time of transport.

Delaware State Police is investigating the crash.
