Middletown – Crews from the Volunteer Hose Company of Middletown, along with Trooper 4 (Delaware State Police Aviation) responded to the intersection of Levels Road and St. Annes Church Road for reports of a rollover crash with injuries.
Upon arrival, crews are reporting the vehicle is on fully involved with fire.
Reports from the scene indicate that medics on scene determined that Trooper 4 would not be utilized as the driver self-extricated from the vehicle.
Additional reports indicate that the driver has refused medical treatment and is being left in the custody of the Middletown Police.
